Designing the Personic Health Website: A Modern, Impactful Approach

Collaborating with Leadership to Shape the Brand

When designing the Personic Health website, we focused on creating a platform that embodies both modern aesthetics and functional excellence. Working directly with the CEO, CMO, and CSO, I played a key role in crafting the brand aesthetics, story, positioning, value propositions, and messaging to align with the company’s vision and mission.

A Minimalist Aesthetic for Modern Healthcare

The journey began by bringing on, in my opinion, the greatest developer—and my close friend—Rajat Wadehra, to lead the build. With his technical brilliance and my passion for design, we created a sleek, modern interface that perfectly mirrors Personic Health’s dedication to innovation and excellence in healthcare.

Collaborating with Adapt Creative Co on the Personic Health Culture Video

I collaborated with Charlie from Adapt Creative Co to bring the Personic Health Culture video to life. With me being in California, and Adapt Creative Co. being in Washington DC, I had to plan and strategize this shoot remotely with the Personic Health team and Adapt Creative Co. I developed the pre-production draft, outlining the complete flow and visual aesthetic of the video, and worked closely with both the Personic Health and Adapt Creative Co teams to ensure that the video captured the company’s core values and mission. The collaboration was key to creating a high-impact video that resonates with the company’s audience and projected the story in an impactful and meaningful way.

Expanding Beyond the Website

Beyond the website, the aesthetic had to remain the same across all points. I designed and developed sales enablement tools, clinical documents, HR materials, and presentations that maintained a consistent look and feel to support the company’s operations and growth. Creating consistency across all touch points built strength and trust in the Personic Health brand.

Driving Brand Growth and Reputation

My efforts also extended to growing the brand’s backend reputation, achieving a significant improvement in employee satisfaction ratings and increasing the company’s public perception. These efforts not only supported the company’s operations and growth but also created consistency and elevated the brand’s visual identity with internal and external stakeholders.
